Here’s how you can track down and defeat bosses to gain these consumables:
1. The King in the Mists (Act 1)
The King in the Mists is one of the first bosses that can drop a Spirit-boosting consumable. You’ll encounter him during the Ominous Altars quest, which you get from Finn in Act 1. This quest takes you to buy Path of exile currency the Hunting Grounds, specifically to an area called Freythorn.
Quest Objective: Deactivate the mysterious altars scattered across the Freythorn area.
Final Boss: The King in the Mists.
Consumable Drop: Gembloom Skull, which increases your Spirit by 30.
